New Horizons is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with special needs reach their potential and fulfill their dreams through employment, housing and community supports. New Horizons provides services to over 1,100 clients each year in the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, and Ventura County areas.
